Vegan Meal Prep Using Pumpkin!
Welcome to Day 20 of Youtober! Today I decided we would get real festive and cook up some pumpkin for this 5 day vegan meal prep. Join me in my mission to go straight up jack-o-lantern on this thing!

Main Ingrediants:
1 Medium Pumpkin
1/2 a Red Onion
1 package of Vegan Italin Sausage
Spray Avacodo Oil
To Taste:
Shishito Peppers (to taste)
Smoked African Seasoning (can sub smoked paprika and salt)
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (can sub garlic salt)
Garlic Powder
Cook Pumpkin at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
