THE IRISH ROVERS perform 5 songs on location in Cork and Limerick in 1974 including at Cork ("The Irish Rover") and Cobh Harbours ("Goodbye Mick"), at the medieval Blarney Castle (reel with Conal Ó Gráda on flute, and Eoin O Raibhaigh on the Uilleann pipes), at the historic 12th century site of the Rock of Cashel or St Patrick's Rock in Tipperary ("Castle of Dromore") and King John's Castle at Limerick on the River Shannon ("Limerick is Beautiful") for the CBC network half hour series "The Irish Rovers in Ireland" in the late 1970s. The Rovers were Will Millar, Jimmy Ferguson, George Millar, Joe Millar and Wilcil McDowell. Will and George are brothers and Joe is a cousin.
