The 43 best times Adam Lambert kissed Tommy Joe Ratliff

Do you ever just want to take a trip back in time and watch 12 minutes of Adam making out with Tommy? Oh you do? Well, here you go. (See below for a list of when/where all these kisses took place, plus additional context!)

Backstory: In 2009, while performing at the American Music Awards, Adam Lambert famously caused "controversy" by kissing his bass player, Tommy. But as it turned out, their chemistry was a hit with the fans, so it went on to become a recurring element of their stage act throughout the 113-date Glam Nation world tour, starting out as a little rock 'n' roll flirtation and progressing to... well... you'll see. Thanks to fans' dedication, excellent video footage exists of almost every kiss they performed. This video is my totally subjective ranking of the 43 best. It was supposed to be an even 40, but it turned out I had space for an extra three. Kiss rankings based on uniqueness, humor, aesthetic value, and/or intensity of chemistry. ;)

4. Vienna 11/22 - Adam blanked on the lyrics and just kind of went "HA HA HA!" in Tommy's face instead! I ranked this kiss high for sheer cuteness/purity. Tommy's nod of approval at the end is everything
3. London 11/29 - This is probably actually my personal favorite. Adam appears to have been aiming for the bass, but accidentally grabbed something else, lol (or almost did), surprising Tommy and causing him to to back up laughing. But then it's the way Tommy gets serious and takes over that really makes this kiss amazing. In a wider shot, you can see that he's the one who moves the guitar out of the way so he can get up on Adam and tip him back. Get him Tommy!
2. Munich 11/12 - Love how Tommy is leaning in so close that he almost starts smiling/laughing, and then it's like *throat grab* oh...
1. "Whole Lotta Love" - Amsterdam, 11/20 - I mean... how could I put this anywhere but #1? The guys were at least a bit high for this one (both literally smoked onstage minutes before) and I can't help wondering if that influenced this performance, lol.
