The Tunnel at Niagara Falls – Niagara Parks Power Station Abandoned Spillway – Niagara Falls, Canada

This week I go international again to Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada. I finally get to check out and explore The Tunnel at Niagara Parks Power Station. The now decommissioned former hydroelectric power plant built in 1905, has been transformed into a museum. I tour the well preserved generation equipment in the plant up above, then it’s down 180 feet to visit The Tunnel. A former spillway for the plant, it is now a 2200 foot tunnel that I get to explore and follow it to the end for some pretty amazing views of Niagara Falls. It was a great visit and trip you’ll want to check out! Do Come Along!!!
