2 ducks - 3 kg
Garlic - 16 cloves
Star anise - 18g
Cinnamon stick - 18g
Galanga - 10g
Spring onion - 35g
Cilantro - 30g
Palm sugar - 3tbsp
Salt - 1tbsp
Chicken powder - 1tbsp
Light soy sauce - 1tbsp
Dark soy sauce - 2tbsp
