Jul.23 -- Magna International Inc. will acquire Veoneer Inc. for $3.8 billion in cash, bolstering its business supplying advanced driver-assistance systems to automakers. Magna CEO Swamy Kotagiri talks about the deal on "Bloomberg Markets."
