Mistral - Mayhem

Mistral: "If you would kill for your ideals, then surely you are ready to die for them."

Mistral is almost like Monsoon, in the main game she was just another obsticle we needed to defeat with no much character besides words. However, in the DLC we did get to expand on her, she was in charge of training AIs to battle while also being incredibly sadistic about it.
Mistral is a pretty cool villain, with her boss fight moving from stage to stage while her theme is playing, and her ability of having multiple arms is also neat.
This video wasn't too difficult, the hardest part was choosing a song. This song is actually my second choice, the first one didn't work no matter how much I tried to, I'm not even gonna tell what was it.
