Literally 12 hours of my day twice a week summed up into 10 minutes. Of course I'm not working constantly for the 12 hours, but for all the tanks it takes the full day to get out with the old water and in with the new water. I do this normally twice a week, but sometimes more when my tanks decide to act up.

And I do more extensive water testing for my freshwater tank & axolotl tank every other week. Their tanks aren't as risky to rapidly spike as my saltwater tanks are. If you've seen my old videos, you'll notice I have a few different animals now than I used to. I assure you all animals you don't see in this video have found good homes! Once my interest in saltwater took over, I relocated my larger freshwater tank to a trusted friend :) & my hermits that I had for nearly 9 years are now happily living with a family friend, still alive.
