BMPCC4K Vertical Banding Issue

My Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K has a vertical banding issue that occurs at ISO1000 and below. This particular video was shot at ISO800. Choose 4K resolution to see the effect most clearly.

If you imagine the screen being divided into 3 unequal thirds, the vertical bands are visible where the thirds meet each other. They are easiest to see in darker, blurrier areas.

Changing the shutter speed, frame rate, WB, recording format, and LUTs has no effect. Changing lenses also has no effect (I tried a native M43 lens and a Nikon lens via a Metabones adapter).

The only cure is to use an ISO of 1250 or above. I'm guessing this may have something to do with the dual base ISO values of 400 and 3200; the ISOs derived from the former suffering from the vertical bands, while the ISOs derived from the latter are immune.
