Symmetry is a crucial part of facial attractiveness so in this video we cover the different types of asymmetry and why biologically animals have evolved to avoid it. In the Evolutionary Psychology of Facial Beauty by Gillian Rhodes, a paper that’s cited on the channel all the time, symmetry, averageness and sexual dimorphism are the three big indicators of attractiveness.
