Welcome to this Full Moon Meditation in November wich apears in Gemini.
a sign known for its open mind, curiosity and clear mind.
The lunar eclipse in Gemini allows us to seek intellectual stimulation and freedom from prejudice.

Sit or lay down in a comfortable and relaxed position.
Close your eyes and take some deep, slow and gentle breaths in and out.
Breathe and relax.
Let your breath flow easiliy like a soft warm breeze and in your very own natural rhythm.
As you inhale and exhale, relax your face and your body.
free your mind.
let everything go and
open your heart for all the positive new things that are about to happen soon.

Open your heart to the light of the inspiring devine,
which is all around you like fresh air.

Trust in the powerful wisdom and energy of the full moon.
which is connected to all the living on our planet and to you.

Now, bring to mind that which you no longer want in your life.
The things and things you wish to release that do not serve you anymore.
Let go negative emotions causing disharmony.
Allow yourself to reset your feelings and clear emotional baggage of the past month.
Feel this negativity disappearing with every breathing out.
breath it out fully.
it is now time to seek emotional comfort.
Let go anger, fear, nervous tension and anxiety.
It is now time to free yourself from this baggage.
Release all negative energy and chaos.
Feel it disappearing in the full and intelligent light of the full moon.

Experience your energy, mind and body receive cleanse and being uplifted and recharged by the light of the full moon.
