Scammer Ironically Says to Avoid Scams

Scott Yancey, star of Flipping Vegas, is a successful house flipper. He is listed as a defendant in a lawsuit between the FTC and Nudge LLC, and its many partners.

Scott was used as the celebrity for promotional purposes in order to attract new customers to the Preview Events. The Preview Events were just step one of a multiple step upsell for the scammy real estate seminar business.

Scott Yancey and Dean Graziosi were both aware of the bad customer complaints and reviews so they decided to silence criticism as best they could.

Scott Yancey released a video on his YouTube channel titled 'Scott Yancey Responds to Scams" as an attempt to rank for the keywords "Scott Yancey" and "scam". In the video, he discusses many scams in the real estate investing industry. But he does not mention the seminar model, which has been known to be a scam for decades by those familiar with the business.

I respond to that video with this video where I detail all of the practices used to sell customers at the seminars and how these gurus will do whatever it takes to suppress criticism.
