Seafood Lunch at Kappō Yoshida in Fukuoka, Japan

Lunch today at Kappō Yoshida! This restaurant is well known for its tai ochazuke (sea bream, rice, and green tea dish). 🐟🍵🍚

There are several different ways to enjoy the tai throughout the meal. First, you are given the sashimi in a wasabi sauce. Mix it all together and enjoy the freshness of the fish and the zing of the wasabi.

Make sure to not eat it all though! The next step is to scoop out some rice, then add your remaining fish and sauce on top. Pour in the provided green tea and sprinkle on some tai-flavored seasoning. Enjoy the new flavors and warmth of the dish!

The included salad even had a tai-flavored dressing! So fun 😊
