The 'whole' US Afghanistan withdrawal was 'botched'

Managing Director of Recastled, Kosha Gada, says the United States' withdrawal from Afghanistan was “botched”.

“The withdrawal, I mean, it is equal parts, as an American, and for allies, humiliating, infuriating, saddening - trillions of dollars spent," Ms Gada told Sky News host Cory Bernardi.

She said "after all of that" there were many Americans still left behind.

"Meanwhile, as I mentioned, thousands of Afghans are being ... imported back into the country.

"And then we leave 80 billion plus dollars of equipment there, which has now made the Taliban the most well- equipped military - one of the most well-equipped militaries tonight.

"The whole thing, obviously is botched."
