Children of Muslim Ibn Aqil (RA) in Musayib, Iraq 🇮🇶 #Sunni #Karbala

Imam Nizaal Khodabux joined us as we visited the sacred resting place of Muhammad and Ibrahim, the young martyrs and beloved sons of Muslim ibn Aqil (RA).

Muslim ibn Aqil, the courageous cousin and envoy of Imam Husayn (RA), was sent to Kufa to gather support for Imam Husayn’s cause. As the son of Aqeel ibn Abi Talib and part of the Prophet’s ﷺ family (Ahl Al-Bayt), his lineage holds great significance.

This visit honours the sacrifice of these blessed children, connecting their story to Imam Husayn’s (RA) stand against tyranny before the Battle of Karbala.
