Trying to lose weight as a petite person can have its challenges - in this video I share what I eat in a day to lose weight as a person who's 5 feet tall. I share the healthy recipes - this is also a plant based day - and the calories, macro and micro nutrients using the MyFitnessPal app. I've put on a couple of kilos while in quarantine, so this is the start of a new mini series of getting back on track. If you're in the same boat, let's get back on track together - my meal plan is on 1200 calories in a day, but you can adjust portion sizes to suit yourself if you need more or less.
