IBS BLOATING 😭 How it feels and how I cope | Becky Excell

So many of you guys asked me to make a video on IBS and bloating, so here it is! Bloating is one of my WORST symptoms :(

I thought I'd talk a little about how my chronic bloating affects me both physically and mentally as well as how I deal with it on a daily basis.

I've suffered with IBS-C for years and there never seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel. Any help or advice much appreciated!
