Moves like May: was Juncker mocking the UK PM's dancing?

There has been speculation on social media about whether the European commission president, Jean-Claude Juncker, was following in Theresa May's nimble footsteps as he walked on stage. His chief spokesman, Margaritis Schinas, insists Juncker was not mocking the UK PM when he suddenly started dancing. Quoting Abba's hit Thank You For the Music, Schinas tweeted: 'Without a song or a dance what would our life be?'
