How far can we theoretically travel across the universe? How do you move a star? Can we survive interstellar travel? What is a Dyson Sphere? How long would it take to settle the entire Milky Way? What might the goals of our distant descendants be?

Join Anders Sandberg and me as we discuss all the space colonisation questions you wanted to know, but didn't have a futurist to ask. This was one of the most epic conversations I've ever had, and huge thanks to Anders for letting me pick his brains for an hour!

Anders is a Research Fellow at Oxford University's Future of Humanity Institute, where he works alongside philosopher Nick Bostrom. Anders holds a Ph.D. in computational neuroscience and also specialises in physics, existential risks and transhumanism. For further reading:
