Ending the episode with a visit to Santa Teresa's famous Cocalmayo Hot Springs and off the beaten path Rain Mountain. All done safely, inexpensively and easily. Not to mention showcase all the inexpensive eats, including Chifa cuisine, Peruvian style Chinese food, street food such as Anticucho, meat on a stick, Picarones fried donuts, ceviche and Peruvian Arroz con Pollo.
