Security Cameras and Monitors

Some of the procedural office buildings in 3DWorld now have security rooms with working cameras and monitors. Each floor has a camera at both ends of the main hallway that updates in realtime and shows moving objects such as people. Cameras that have been stolen by the player or have lost power (via the circuit breaker) show as static on their monitor. Each monitor lists the camera room, floor number, and direction as text in the lower left corner.
