Travel to Brazil During Coronavirus (Entry Requirements)
Brazil is open to international travelers of any country and they have very minimal requirements for entry (no COVID testing, airport screenings, or quarantines!). You can transit through Brazil as long as you don't leave the airport. Masks are required in public places, as well as social distancing. Citizens of most countries don't need a visa for stays of up to 90 days in Brazil.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Level 3 Travel Health Notice for Brazil due to COVID-19. Fernando de Noronha, was named the world's best beach by Trip Advisor's Traveler's Choice Awards and was one of the most visited tourist attractions in Brazil. In 2019, it received 106,000 tourists, although 90% were Brazilians, according to CNN Travel. http://www.noronha.pe.gov.br/
