So I’m back with another vlog! I think I’m going to make this a thing and post a vlog every week. Please let me know if you’d like that. I’m all about honesty and just love showing you guys who the girl behind the camera is.

With all that said in today's vlog, I’ll be taking you guys along the journey of myself shopping at different thrift stores or consignment stores in the Houston area. My goal this year is to be more sustainable and more mindful of what comes through my front door which includes clothes.

Honestly, as a child, I grew up shopping at second-hand stores and over time grew ashamed of shopping there let alone tell people I did. Of course, as you get older your confidence increases and caring about how others perceive you diminish (for the most part). It’s been a few years now since I went thrifting and unlike before now I go in with a purpose to only purchase clothes I: 1) really love 2) fill great in 3) I will wear which is something I never did in the past.

I hope this video shows you how simple it is to find beautiful gems at the thrift store and I hope you embark on this new journey with me!
