Im Projekt „Heckklappe“ zeigen Wir gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern TEBIS und Eschmann eindrucksvoll, wie eine hochproduktive Zerspanung im Werkzeugbau (Material: 1.2379) umgesetzt wird.
Auf unserer ENDURA® 7012LINEAR wurde der gesamte Bearbeitungsprozess ausgehend vom Schruppen bis hin zum Feinschlichten, bei exzellenter Maßhaltigkeit und bestem Oberflächenergebnis, abgebildet.
Im Bereich der 3D-Bearbeitung bietet unsere ENDURA® 7000LINEAR eine in dieser Klasse höchste Dynamik bei 3 Achs-Bearbeitungen sowie im 5 Achs-Simultanspan.
HIGHLY EFFICIENT ROUGHING-, SEMI-FINISHING AND FINISHING APPLICATIONS IN TOOL AND MOULD CONSTRUCTION

Working together with our partners TEBIS and Eschmann we demonstrate with project „Heckklappe“ how highly efficient chipping is implemented in tool construction (material: 1.2379).

The whole process was mapped using our ENDURA® 7012LINEAR. Starting with roughing through to the fine finishing, all with excellent dimensional tolerance and supreme surface results.

Our ENDURA® 7000LINEAR offers the highest dynamics available in the 3D-processing sector for 3 axis-processing as well as in 5 axis- simultaneous chipping.
