Everyone knows that Avengers: Endgame was a real tearjerker, but we also know it was a massive money making success. Since Disney figured out what works would they really let Iron Man stay gone or is there a very real possibility that he could return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe someday? As the MCU resembles the comic books more and more this seems increasingly likely. Just because the Infinity Stones are gone doesn’t mean there aren’t tons of other amazing magical and technologically advanced items lying around. Robert Downey Jr. may have even hinted at his character’s return when he was talking up a character known as Riri Williams. If he does come back, it’s possible he could take a break from mentoring Peter Parker to help out Iron Heart. Is it possible that the greatest enemy this beloved character will ever fight isn’t a traditional villain but rather the effects of comic book fatigue?
