പിഎംശ്രീ കരാറുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ലീഗിന്റെ നിലപാടില്‍ നിന്ന് പിന്നോട്ടില്ലെന്ന് പൊതുവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി എന്‍.ഷംസുദ്ദീന്‍. വിഷയത്തില്‍ യുഡിഎഫ് നിലപാട് വ്യക്തമാണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ധാരണാപത്രം ഒപ്പിട്ടിരുന്നു. മുടങ്ങി കിടന്ന ഫണ്ട് വന്നു. എന്നാല്‍, പിഎംശ്രീയില്‍ ഒപ്പിട്ടതില്‍ വിവാദമായതോടെ ധാരണാപത്രത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് പിന്‍വാങ്ങുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞ് കത്ത് നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു. ഒപ്പിട്ട ധാരണാപത്രത്തിന്റെ ഭാവിയാണ് നോക്കേണ്ടതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

Education minister N. Shamsudheen reasserted that the Opposition's policy regarding the central education scheme remains unalterable. Criticizing the double standards of the ruling Left government, Shamsudheen highlighted that the previous administration had actively executed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Centre to secure previously blocked educational grants. However, following immediate political backlash and ideological disputes, the state government abruptly dispatched a cancellation letter attempting to backpedal from the signed agreement.
