Most Wanted Chutneys | Make & store for Ramadan | Samosa/Aloo Chana/Dahi Baray/Fruit chat & Pakora

Easy Ramadan Recipes, essential for every family celebrating Ramadan this year! You can store these recipes in the fridge for upto 2 months. These chunteys can be used for many more dishes. The Red khati meethi chutney for the samosa, tastes like the traditional halwai shop back home. Imli khajoor chutney for aloo chana chaat and fruit chaat/dahi bhalay, desi street food specials! Lastly, pakora mint chutney.

Ingredients:
-Chutney for Aloo chana/Dahi Baray/ Fruit chat
🍀 300g dates without seeds soaked with water for 30 mins
🍀300g tamarind seedless soaked with water for 30 mins
🍀100g Raisins
🍀300g jaggery
🍀1/8 tsp salt
🍀 1/8 tsp black salt
🍀1/2 tsp red chili powder
🍀1/2 tsp garam Masala powder
🍀1 tsp chat Masala
🍀1 tsp ginger powder
Water as need or total water use 1.5 liters
-Red samosas chutney
🍀4 cup water
🍀2 cup sugar
🍀1/2 cup Imli
-Cook for 20 mins
🍀1 tsp salt or to taste
🍀 1 tsp red chili flakes
🍀 1/8 tsp black salt
🍀1/2 tsp black pepper powder
🍀1/4 tsp red food color
🍀2 tsp cornflour with 4tbsp water
-Mint chutney for pakora
🍀1 bunch fresh coriander
🍀1 bunch fresh mint
🍀4 garlic cloves
🍀4 to 5 green chilies
🍀4 tbsp water
🍀1/4 tsp salt
