PROBLEMS WITH MY JEEP AFTER 4 YEARS OF EXTREME OFF-ROAD! Do I sell my built Jeep Wrangler JK??

After 8 months of my JK sitting under a tarp, I decided to take it out and go through all the things that need fixing up. I want to build up my Jeep for some of the more complicated trails that I might want to hit.
