At 23 weeks pregnant you are in your second trimester of your pregnancy and at 23 weeks pregnant you are 6 months pregnant. You may by experiencing symptoms such as backaches, braxton hicks contractions, heartburn, increased fetal movement, leg cramps, round ligament pain and nasal congestion.

At 23 weeks, the baby lungs will continue to develop as will their senses, baby at 23 weeks have bones that are hardening and a brain that is growing rapidly. You might notice that the baby will move in response to your external touch of your belly.

At 23 weeks pregnant the baby's fruit size is compared to large mango.

It is common to see symptoms come and go. You might also see these 23 weeks pregnant symptoms disappear or be gone altogether.
