COMMON OIL LEAK FOR BMW 3 SERIES (E90/92) - VANOS

Most common issue for N52, N51, and N54 motors - Error codes 2A7C & 2A82 - It involves the intake and/or exhaust vanos solenoid / camshaft

While there a lot of different causes for this issue here are the most common fixes with these parts:
