A few years ago Sushumna released an album called Kundalini Rising, this album is actually no longer available in print as there were only 1000 copies that were made.

It is now again available - the beautiful healing mantra ‘Thank You, I Love You’ featured from the album.

If you are unfamiliar with the song, or the practice it’s derived from.

It’s a Hawaiian healing technique called Ho’oponopono that recognises the self, responsibility and gratitude, even when we face really challenging circumstances.

This song offers healing from inside you, which then helps to transform the situation, whatever your offering the practice to…….. into love.

In my experience, when we give to others, be it through giving our time, our love, money, service, flowers, etc. When we give, it opens us up to be able to receive.
It puts us into a stronger flow of energy. So when you give for a healing, or for a teaching, your telling the universe that I have gratitude and I really value what this is. It grows, amplifies and returns to you.
