1 cup Brown Sugar
3 tbsp Salt
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1 can Pineapple Juice
1 cup Soy Sauce
Season with Black Pepper

Vegetables
1 whole onion
1 pc Carrot
2 Potatoes
Thyme & Rosemary (Optional)
Season with Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil or Water

Stuffings
1 Lemon
1 head Garlic
Herbs
