Today I'm sharing a simple method that I use ever so often to clean my scalp in between washes. I show how I use witch hazel to maintain my scalp. This is a good option to have in your hair care regimen due to its ease, and it's great if you are in a pinch for time, if your schedule gets busy and throws your wash day to the wind, or if you happen to feel under the weather or become incapacitated in some way that prevents you from washing your hair.

This method is simple, requiring only 3 items to complete the process, and it's a time saver. This method of cleansing the scalp, especially as it relates to locs, can take as little as 15 minutes to complete. Annd... any one with or without locs can use this method.

What I am so in love with here is the ability to temporarily address flaky scalp issues without having to dedicate an entire day to a wash routine and hair maintenance.

Like I mention in the video, one shouldn't completely abandon washing for this method unless it's absolutely necessary for some unavoidable reason. However keep it in your arsenal of scalp maintenance techniques.
