The chakras work in ‘pairs’. The root chakra at the base of the torso is aligned energetically with the crown chakra

The sacral chakra, located lower belly, is directly aligned with the third eye chakra, located between the eyes

The solar plexus (the yellow chakra) co-works with the throat chakra.
And the heart chakra stands alone - but is actually part of a two-side power house with the Higher Heart Chakra that sits just above it, in the sternum.
Every time you’re working to heal one particular chakra, you are concurrently balancing the paired chakra as well as a result

As above, so below. The lower chakras are systems completely integrated with the upper chakras
