Security breach: Man approaches President Uhuru while on podium in Lamu

The government says it will allocate more funds to ensure completion of berths 2 and 3 at the port of Lamu by October 2021. This follows president Uhuru Kenyatta's official commissioning of the first berth as he appealed for investors to seize business opportunities available in the area. However, while the head of state was addressing the audience, there was a security breach, one that had the prersident looking scared for a brief moment.
