Seven Months

This video was taken on my seven month anniversary of sobriety. It was the longest amount of time I’d collected at that point. Yet it was just another day. That’s what recovery has taught me. If I can get through 24- hours without picking up a drink or drug, then I can make it through any day without needing a drink.
