So recently Alhaitham's tier went down because of the current Abyss. While he is not that strong in this abyss, he is still great in general! It's unfortunate that he doesn't gain much benefit from the new artifacts since his best teams are older characters and not Natlan characters, but I think that's justified considering how old he is as a character.
