Cobra Kai Season 1 Review

YouTube Red has released their nostalgic series Cobra Kai that picks up the characters from the original The Karate Kid movie and checks in on them today. Ralph Macchio and William Zabka reprise their roles as Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence. The show is set thirty years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament, the series focuses on Johnny Lawrence reopening the Cobra Kai dojo, which causes his rivalry with Daniel LaRusso to be reignited. The show is 10 episodes long and all of them are available to watch now and that’s just what Kristian Harloff, Josh Macuga and Mark Reilly did. They’re here to review the entire series and let you know what they enjoyed about it and what they felt was lacking in the show. They explore the acting, storylines and overall character arcs in the show and let you know if this one is worth time taking a nostalgic trip for back to Reseda.
