How to Do a Spotlight Stamping Technique Using Background Stamps| Making 2 Elegant and Classy Cards

Today's video shares a special type of backdrop stamp by Neat and Tangled. I used this stamp to "kiss " up against my Gina K Background stamps in order to get a neat single layer card panel that looks dimensional. I had lots of fun doing it!
