We are going to be showing you the making of sweet and savoury Bougatsa (thin phyllo layers stuffed with different fillings), trying the Greek famous Freddo Espresso, gyros, seafood inside the Central Market, including fresh mussels and oysters, and a charcuterie plate with local ingredients.
