Spending a Day Back in My Old Kitchen. Can I handle the heat?

It’s been a while since I’ve worked a service in a busy kitchen. Last weekend, I went back to my old stomping ground at ST. ALi in Melbourne, Australia to see how long I could last back on the pass. Thanks to the everyone at ST. ALi for letting me get in the way during a hectic weekend breakfast shift. Cheers to the baristas who kept me caffeinated.
