A Walkthrough of the Legendary Magic Chef 1000 Series Vintage Stove

The Magic Chef 1000 series stove was hugely popular - and widely copied - in its day. Designed by Frank Alvah Parsons in 1929, it remains a design icon and a stunning showpiece in many kitchens today. Despite its popularity, though, I haven't found a wealth of knowledge about it all in one place. So I've tried to take a lot of what I know and put it all in this video - a little history, a lot of functionality - all before it rolls out of my shop and into its new forever home.
For those interested, the dimensions of this incredible vintage stove are:
53 inches wide
28.5 inches deep (actual depth may vary depending on the stove pipe you have in the back)
63.25 inches tall
It has 6 burners, a bread warmer, storage drawer, pull-out broiler and two ovens - 17 and 22 inches wide by 20 deep, respectively.
As I say in the video, I don't have all the answers. So if you have more, add them below!
