The Cheapest Desktop from Dell Refurbished's 48-hour July sale

Thanks to a user in my Discord server (you know who you are if you're reading this) informed me there was a flash sale going on with Dell's Refurbished store to get 48% off any refurbished item. There was a machine I was hoping to get using this steep discount, but the store website was having problems (this was taking place during the Akamai DNS server outages online), either that or it was pure coincidence that the machine I wanted ran out of stock as I went to go buy it, and I was not able to buy it, so I decided to settle for this instead - the cheapest desktop computer.
