How to Use Activated Charcoal

‣‣ OPEN ME ‣‣

Charcoal toothpaste:
1 TBS coconut oil
1/2 TBS baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 charcoal tablet

Charcoal face scrub:
1/3 cup cane sugar
2 TBS oil of choice: jojaba, olive oil or coconut oil
2 activated charcoal capsules

2 frozen bananas
2 cups frozen berries
1 TBS activated charcoal
