Sushi Rice

Furikake
-can buy at any Asian store or you can make from
your own by mixing the following
• 1/2 cup sesame seeds
• 1 tsp salt to taste
• 1 tsp sugar to taste
• 1/2 cup Korean roaster seaweed crumbled

Creamy Topping
• 10 Nori sheets
•2 cups imitation crab meat or Kani cut into chunks
• 1 diced big ripe mango
•1 diced medium cucumber
•200 grams cream cheese
• 1/4 cup Japanese Mayonaise
• 1 tbsp Sriracha
• salt to taste
