Baked Chicken and Roast Potato | Quick step-by-step recipe | Rajah Chicken Masala

Easy baked chicken full of flavours, I’ve used Rajah Chicken Masala Blend , garlic, ginger salt & oil. If you’re looking for a quick recipe then this is the one.

You can served this with my simple roast potatoes which is also full of flavours, you will be wanting more once you try it.

Baked Chicken
2 Tandoori Chickens
80g Rajah Chicken Masala Blend
1tsp Salt
1½tsp Garlic paste
1½tsp Ginger paste
4 tbsp Oil

Roast Potato
4 Large Potatoes cut into wedges and boiled
4 Grated garlic cloves
½tsp Chilli flakes
½tsp Coarse pepper
⅓tsp Salt
2tbsp Olive oil
