How to submit Hajj Visa Biometric via Saudi visa Bio App.

Assalamualaikum, everyone! Alhamdulillah, we are about to submit our Hajj Visa Biometric using the Saudi Visa Bio App. In this video, I’ll guide you step by step through the entire process.
If you haven’t downloaded and installed the Saudi Visa Bio App yet, please visit www.myhujjaj.com. Under the More section, click on Saudi Visa Biometrics and select either Apple or Android, depending on your phone. Ensure the app is installed before proceeding.
Now, let’s get started!

Step 1: Open the Saudi Visa Bio App
• Locate the app on your phone’s home screen and open it.
• After the welcome screen, scroll down and click on Start Self Enrollment.
• Please read the instructions on the screen carefully before clicking Continue.

Step 2: Accept Privacy Policy and Terms
• Review the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
• Scroll down, check the agreement box, and click on Start Self Enrollment.

Step 3: Email Verification
• Enter your email address that you can access on your phone.
• Click on Send Email.
• Select Go to Mail to open your email app.
• I’m using Gmail for this example, but choose your preferred email app.
• Open the verification email and click on Click Here to Verify.
• The email verification process might ask you to select a browser. I recommend using Chrome, but you can choose your preferred browser.
• Allow the site to reopen the Saudi Visa Bio App.

Step 4: Enter Application Details
• After verifying your email, enter your visa application details.
• Select Enrollment for Hajj.
• Choose Pakistan / Karachi as the Visa Issuing Embassy if applicable. If you’re applying from another country, choose accordingly.
• Provide the remaining details according to your personal status.
Once done, click Continue.

Step 5: Scan Your Passport
• Read the instructions carefully and select Scan Passport.
• Ensure you take a clear photo of your passport. If the image is not clear, click Retry Scan.
• Confirm the passport photo by checking the box and clicking Continue.
• Verify your details. If any details are incorrect, retry the scan; otherwise, click on Continue.

Step 6: Submit Your Selfie Photo
• Select Start Face Capture.
• Make sure you’re in a well-lit environment.
• Position your face within the frame and follow the instructions.
• Confirm your selfie once you are satisfied with the capture.

Step 7: Submit Your Fingerprints
• Click on Start Fingerprint Scan.
• Ensure you have a dark black background behind your fingers.
• Follow these steps:
o Scan Left Thumb.
o Scan Left Four Fingers.
o Scan Right Thumb.
o Scan Right Four Fingers.
• Let the app process your scans before proceeding.

Step 8: Confirm and Submit
• Carefully review your details.
• If everything is correct, check the confirmation box and click Send.
• If any detail is incorrect, close the app and restart the biometric process.

Final Step: Confirmation and Email Submission
• After submission, you should receive an email confirmation from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• This email will include your passport details and an enrollment confirmation number.
• Please forward that email to hajj@myhujjaj.com for processing of your Hajj visa.
