Saint Honoré Coeur - Tarta Saint Honoré, corazón de frambuesa

Aprende a elaborar la tradicional Tarta Saint Honoré en forma de corazón y disfrutarla, si quieres, para el día de San Valentín. O para cualquier día del resto del año.

La decoración de la tarta está inspirada en el maravilloso trabajo de Cedric Grolet. Consta de una base de hojaldre y pasta choux, con mermelada e frambuesa. Sobre esta, colocamos un relleno de mascarpone, nata y mermelada de frambuesas.

Para decorar la tarta elaboramos una crema de nata y mascarpone aromatizada con aroma de frambuesas junto unos petit choux con craquelin rosa rellenos de nata y frambuesas.

Learn how to make the traditional Saint Honoré Cake in heart shape and enjoy it, if you like, for Valentine's Day. Or for any other day of the year.

The decoration of the cake is inspired by the wonderful work of Cedric Grolet. It consists of a base of puff pastry and choux pastry, with raspberry marmalade. On top of this, we put a filling of mascarpone, cream and raspberry jam.

To decorate the cake we make a cream and mascarpone cream flavoured with raspberries together with some petit choux with pink craquelin filled with cream and raspberries.
