What to Expect After Your PPF, Window Tint, or Ceramic Coating Service | Dynasty Paint Protection & Tint

Just got your vehicle protected with Paint Protection Film (PPF), Window Tint, or a CQuartz Ceramic Coating? Here’s what to expect in the days and weeks that follow.

Proper aftercare is key to making sure your investment performs the way it should. In this video, we break down everything you need to know after your service with us:

Ceramic Coating:
• Needs to cure for 7–10 days before its first wash
• Avoid getting the vehicle wet if possible, and definitely no washing during this time

PPF (Paint Protection Film):
• Moisture trapped under the film may take 2–4 weeks to fully evaporate
• It’s completely normal to see bubbles, haze, or moisture pockets during this time
• Your follow-up appointment is scheduled to address any lifted edges or bubbles—we expect some as part of the curing process!

Window Tint:
• Takes 2–4 weeks to fully cure depending on weather and film type
• You may notice areas that look like bubbles or streaks—this is just the soap solution used during install and not a defect
