Chronicles Of An 03 Cummins Build - Part 21 - A Tale Of Valve Springs & Spring Compressors

In today's video, we are taking a complete look at changing valve springs on any type of 24v cummins motor. We also go over some of the little tricks I have picked up after having done a few of these (please share your tips in the comments below, so we can all learn) and I share some of the tools I use to help get the job done as painlessly as possible.

I also wanted to do a little review of the Street Sport Industries 103# valve springs that we picked up for this build. They are not Hamilton or any other the other big names, but they do say that they are made in the USA and the have all the lift specs. When we bought the set you see in the video, this company had already sold around 400 set of these springs will good review, so we wanted to see if they would turn out to be a good option for those of us that need springs but aren't building a $30k race motor. So far so good!
